Heat Protection
TPP is the most important measurement of the thermal protection for fire fighting gloves. The measurement relates to the amount of heat that is passed through to the wearer over a given time. Our 3 part construction gloves (NFPA) offer the highest Thermal Protection Performance (TPP), greater than 60 cal/cm, which is nearly double the NFPA requirement of 35cal/cm.
Breathability; our Sentinel breathable Bloodborne pathogen barrier is a monolithic polyurethane which is tough strong and extremely durable while at the same time remaining very flexible not limiting dexterity while in use. Our top grain elk and Eversoft cowhide leathers are water resistant to allow the glove to breathe even in wet conditions.
